1. The whole academic year has been divided into three terms/examinations i.e Ist , 2nd and 3rd/final, having the following weight age:-
a. Ist Term - 25%
b. 2nd Term - 25%
c. 3rd/Final Term - 50%

2. From Class I onwards, 25%, 25% and 50% marks obtained by a student in each subject in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd term examination respectively, will be counted towards the consolidated results compiled at the end of the 3rd term (final) examination. On the basis of the consolidated results, the promotion of a student will be decided in accordance with the promotion criteria in vogue. Promotion will not be granted if:-
a. A student fails in two core subjects (secures less than 50% marks) in Maths, Gen Science, Eng, Urdu.
b. A students fails in one core subject and two other (non core) subjects.
c. A student scores less than 50% marks in the aggregate.
