Following promotion/award policy is followed:-

a. A student who fails to appear in any one of the term Examination or whatsoever reasons shall not be entitled for any award or position in the respective class. Likewise a student not taking examination of even one subject in any term Examination (for any reasons) shall not be eligible for award of any position in the class. Moreover, students who have opted easy Urdu would not be eligible for any position/reward.
b. A students who fails to appear in any paper of 3rd Term Examination (On medical grounds/any other emergency) will be required to appear in that particular subject as and when scheduled by the School. Such students will be required to submit a medical certificate from recognized medical practitioner.
c. In the 2nd and 3rd term examination, important topics from the previous terms will also be included. The intimation to this effect, will also be communicated to the parents along with copy of the term wise syllabus/break down.
d. Any student, getting admission either in 2nd or 3rd term, will be assessed for promotion to next class on the basis of performance in 2nd/3rd term examination.
